A fixed-rate loan of $100,000 for 15 years at 5.250% interest and 5.562% APR will have a monthly payment of $803.88.
A fixed-rate loan of $100,000 for 30 years at 6.250% interest and 6.447% APR will have a monthly payment of $615.72.
A fixed-rate loan of $100,000 for 30 years at 6.750% interest and 6.956% APR will have a monthly payment of $648.60.
